Our large, whole fava beans are robust, meaty, and strongly flavored. Traditionally used in Middle Eastern Cuisines, these large fava beans can be prepared in a multitude of ways to suit many recipes, from side dishes and pastas, to soups and salads. Simply cook the beans in boiling water, cool in cold water, and shell before final preparation.
