These perfectly round light-brown coriander seeds come from the cilantro plant and have a slightly aromatic flavor. While native to Argentina and Morocco, whole coriander is used in dishes around the world, especially in pickling and in sausages (and is even used to brew beer!). To heighten and intensify the flavor, roast the seeds in a dry pan prior to use.
