Brought to us by the Asaro family, who have been producing olive oil in Partanna, Sicily (Italy) since 1916, Partanna is a Monovarietal olive oil - made only with "Nocellara del Belice" olives grown in the province of Trapani in Sicily. Nocellara del Belice olives give this oil a very rich flavor profile, with notes of artichokes and almonds and a peppery finish. This expertly filtered extra virgin olive oil is only produced in October, when conditions are just right, resulting in an exceptional oil with very low acidity (typically around 0.3%) that's perfect as a table oil and for finishing, dipping, and cooking.
