Chicken Kabob Seasoning

The secret to our kabobs is our kabob seasoning! Quality control is paramount, so every spice mix is toasted and ground fresh at our Sunset Park facility. We've expertly blended paprika, onion, black pepper, citric acid, garlic, salt, parsley, and oregano to make this kabob seasoning. To prepare, we suggest rubbing chicken thighs with a little olive oil and generous shakes of the seasoning; let it sit for up to an hour in the refrigerator to thoroughly impart flavor before grilling.
