A well-balanced and authentically Ethiopian seasoning mix, our Berbere Ethiopian Seasoning expertly blends paprika, garam masala, salt, citric acid, anise, cayenne pepper, coriander, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, onion, black pepper, and allspice.  This seasoning is commonly used in a dish called Doro Wat, but its flavor complements many different meat and poultry dishes.
