Pink peppercorns are not true peppercorns, but are rather the ripe berries of a pepper tree native to Brazil. While our pink peppercorns are the same size and shape as black peppercorns, the lighter flavor is more sweetly hot, with citrus undertones. Wonderful in seafood dishes and a beautiful complement to light or creamy sauces, pink peppercorns are a welcome garnish for many dishes.
