Sahadi Red Lentils

Our beautiful red split lentils are slightly sweet and nutty. Easily softened during cooking, these lentils are perfect for mashes and pureed types of soups and stews, or sauces. Traditionally used in Indian dal, these lentils are fantastic in all curries, especially with plenty of spices and coconut milk. Our red split lentils cook in 15-25 minutes.
