Shichimi Togarashi

We're proud to offer our Shichimi Togarashi seasoning blend, a wonderful spice blend native to Japan. Popularly used to enhance grilled meats, noodle and rice dishes, and soups indigenous to the Japanese islands, it's also commonly known as Japanese 7 Spice. This coarsely ground blend includes hot chili pepper, orange peel, Sichuan pepper, several different varieties of sesame seeds, dried seaweed, and ginger. Fantastic as a condiment, Shichimi Togarashi is terrific sprinkled onto grilled vegetables, fries, and even popcorn.
