White Pepper - Ground

White pepper is native to India and is made from the interior of black peppercorns, the hard round berries that make up the fruit of the pepper plant. Once the black outer shell of the ripe peppercorn is removed, the white interior seeds are ground to taste. Our white pepper is ground finely, making it useful and convenient in any recipe calling for pepper.
