Joyva pistachio halvah is richly flavored in the traditional style and studded with bright green pistachios throughout. Traditionally eaten on its own as a Middle Eastern dessert, these pliable yet light halvahs also add a gourmet touch to a variety of recipes. Halvah can be blended into fine ice creams, incorporated into cake and pastry fillings, and crumbled into cookie dough. Joyva halvahs have been locally produced for us by the same family for over 50 years!
