We love Vadouvan Curry for the simple fact that it lends dishes a little spice and a little smokiness while still allowing the other flavors of the recipe to shine through. Slightly coarse in texture, this wonderful all-purpose curry powder adapts well to any dish. Frying this curry in a little oil before use intensifies and heightens the flavors.
