Our beautiful purple whole hibiscus flowers are vibrant, floral, and lightly tropical. Popularly brewed into a tart herbal tea, where the berry flavors shine, or when steeped in mineral water for a special treat, our dried hibiscus flowers make a wonderful addition to summer punches, marinades, and sauces. We recommend making a simple sauce (that's incredible drizzled over ice cream!) by steeping hibiscus in water, straining, adding sugar, lemon peel, lime peel, and orange peel, then reducing, straining, and chilling.
