We mixed batch after batch of our lighter and darker roasts until we finally came up with a blend good enough to call Sahadi's House Blend. This house blend has a medium body with medium acidity, making it caffeinated enough to wake you up, but mellow enough for any time of the day. A mild nuttiness satisfies everyone's tastes.
