Direct from Kalamata, Messinia in Greece, these black olives are 100% hand-picked and traceable. Black to dark purple in color, almond-shaped and juicy with a characteristic rich fruity flavor. Naturally sun-ripened on the tree before harvested by hand to protect the integrity of the fruit. Vacuum-sealed and marinated with ILIADA Extra Virgin Olive Oil, these kalamata olives are shelf stable and ready to use in salads, cheeseboards, or as a standalone snack.
