September means back to school and fall activities. Fast but healthy meals make the transition much easier on the whole household.
I like a combination of prepared proteins and vegetable sides with freshly made couscous. It takes only minutes and tastes terrific. It can also be seasoned with almost any spice mix you have at home making it very versatile.
For this bowl I chose chicken Provençal and a Lebanese Panzanella salad featuring those amazing end of season tomatoes and pita chips. I fixed a quick bowl of couscous with some extra virgin olive oil, assembled my proteins and salad -- and dinner was ready! I hope this helps inspire your next trip to Sahadi's.
